[osg-users] LOD nodes and traverse order

HI David,

The update visitor defaults to TRAVERSE_ALL_CHILDREN TraversalMode,
but you can set this to just active children i.e.

  viewer.getUpdateVisitor()->setTraversalMode(osg::NodeVisitor::TRAVERSE_ACTIVE_CHILDREN);
