[osg-users] [VPB] osgdem - gaps at tile edges

Hi Rahul,
VPB places skirts around all tiles to cover gaps between adjacent
tiles of different LOD. Normally the default skirt height is
sufficient to cover gaps, but when it isn't you can increase the size
of the skirt by using the --skirt-ratio <float> option in osgdem. The
ratio is a ratio of skirt hight to tile size.
