Hi,
As far as I am aware, everything that is required to build it is in
the zip file, with the possible exception of the dcmtk library which
isn't mine to distribute, but you can get it from here->
http://dicom.offis.de/dcmtk.php.en. I would recommend it as it made
manipulating dicom images quite straightforward. My apologies that I
can't offer you any support in building the software, but I really
haven't got the time and I don't work in the visualisation area anymore
and have no plans to do so ever again.
Some screenshots of what it looked like can be viewed on the site,
if you go to www.stoanymoth.co.uk then follow the screenshots link. The
2 images marked as Latest Interface show it up and running. Once again,
sorry that I can't offer any more help.
