Hi Martin,
Looks nice! (Although most trac installs look like this by default, of 
course ;-))

Couple of remarks:
- The items in the "Latest community news" list seem a bit misaligned 
compared to the "latest project news" items at the top of the page. The 
project news list is nice and straight, while the community items are not.
- The logo might look better when placed centered. How about an added 
tag line, like "The open-source high-performance scenegraph library"?
- If there's no plan in the near future to use trac's bug tracking and 
roadmap features then perhaps you should hide the buttons. It might 
incorrectly give the suggestions to visitors that these features are 
used, but when clicked will give an empty bug list and no roadmap, which 
might give of the wrong signal (that of an unmaintained/dead project). 
Timeline and browse source can stay around I guess, although they are 
mostly interesting to developers.

Hmm, and now the server is down so I can't really browse around. Ah 
well, will take a look some other time then
