[osg-users] Build documentation - doc/Doxyfiles/doxyfile.cmake missing

Hi,

I have the latest checkout of the OSG-code from svn. I toggle the advanced options in ccmake
and switch BUILD_DOCUMENTATION on. When I configure I get an error from cmake saying that
doc/Doxyfiles/doxyfile.cmake does not exist. 

I've checked svn log on that file and it does not seem to be under revision control.

I'm using the doxygen stuff on the webpage, but I thought this would be worth reporting anyway.
