[osg-submissions] CMake 2.6.0 changes, other misc. changes

Hi Philip,
Changes for CMake 2.6 support now merged and checked into SVN. So
far everything looks to be hanging together just fine under Linux with
Cmake 2.4.7, so fingers crossed things will work fine elsewhere too.
