[osg-submissions] here is the tar gz up of the dae module

Hi Garrett,

I've now merged your changes and update the CMake files to find and
build against the new lib names and placement.  Windows paths in the
dae/CMakeLists.txt still needs tweaking to reflect the new files, but
as I don't know the lib names under Windows I can't fill this in.

Our combined changes are now checked in to SVN.
