[osg-submissions] DDS cubemap support

I decided to add the changes as a .diff file. I know this is against the
submissions policy, but creating a patch with tortoiseSVN is so much
easier than manually collecting all changes.
Does there exists a tool for helping me collect and filter changed
files?
 
The submission post from september 2007 contains the list of changes:

The only thing I changed today was incrementing the IVE version with the
new cubemaps to VERSION_0027.
