[osg-submissions] Patch for Philips WOWvx Displays

Thanks Miguel, changes now merged and submitted to SVN.
I've run with options and see everything pop up in away that looks
sensible, albeit on my standard LCD. The only item I'd query is the
wow-parameters, it kinda feels like fudge factors, no doubt pushed
upon us by Philips, but I do wonder if perhaps that are settings that
the OSG could decide upon automatically. I really need a WOWvx TV is
know what we can do to make things more slick out of the box - ideally
I'd like stereo imagery to work in seamless way across all types of
stereo.
