[osg-submissions] FLT export

Hi Paul,

Many thanks for the changes, all now merged and submitted to SVN.

The only changes I had to make to get things compiling under Linux was
the fixing the capitilization of some headers and their respective
#include as a they were do inconsistently - something Windows doesn't
pick up thanks to the lack of a case sensitive file system.

All in all a pretty painless port to Linux, we'll have to wait on
feedback from the community to see if it compiles across platforms
now.
