[osg-submissions] osgViewer/X11: consider capslock on FocusOut/FocusIn key handling

Thanks, the changes are now safely applied and add caps lock support to X11 :-)

Under testing I did notice that the caps lock gets out of sync if you
leave the window, toggle and re-enter the window then toggle again.
When things settle down at me end I will make time to have a look at
fixing this.
