[osg-submissions] osgViewer/X11: consider capslock on FocusOut/FocusIn key handling

Oh, I had assumed that you somehow missed the message, but that it
would certainly be somewhere buried in your inbox. The patch was
only for rewiewing (and should also serve as a reminder :-). I wouldn't
have submitted it as the primary source, and certainly not without
"context".

I had submitted a patch that prevents keys getting stuck when switching
desktops or minimizing/revealing windows in X11. You committed it, but
noticed that it doesn't work for capslock. I submitted a fix for it the
next day.

This patch remembers the capslock state and re-applies it when the
window gets focus again.
