[osg-submissions] precision in LineSegment for intersections

Robert, I've taken this another step, to use value_type inside the
intersect calls.

 

I did choose to use sqrt() instead of sqrtf().

 

The next step might change the interface, maybe adding different methods
as you suggested, but I did not go here.

 

I've tried this on linux and win32, and our tests (which had been
failing) passed.
