[osg-submissions] New Camera::DrawCallback breaks linking under windows.

Hi Robert,

I have noticed that new Camera::DrawCallback::operator()( RenderInfo & ) is
not exported under windows. Windows code using Camera::DrawCallback does not
link. Attached is a version that exports Camera::DrawCallback and removes
the problem. Also fixed getUnitialDrawCallback typo.
