[osg-submissions] Misc compile fixes on different *nix variants.

Hi Robert,

two missing namespace qualifiers that did hurt on some of our unix zoo.
And a missing forward declaration of an std::ostream.

Does not lead to full osg compilation on them, but is one step ...
