[osg-submissions] Fix for provided XCode project

Hi Robert,

as mentioned on osg-users the XCode-project is currently broken. Here's
an awkyard fix: Attached you'll find a zipped folder named config which
holds the two config-files for OpenThreads/osg.

I put the folder inside XCode/OpenSceneGraph, so the structure is
something like this:

XCode
+ config
  + OpenThreads
    + config
  + osg
    + config
+ OpenSceneGraph.xcodeproj
+ English.lproj
+ .
+ .
+ .


Can you please check them in, I'll update the xcode project after your
check in and commit it. Whith these two files the xcode-project compiles
fine, btw.
