The problems looks to stem from me add the include/osg/Config to the
include list, but this file not being local, but in a totally
different directory...  Mathias didn't ever include the Config files
into the header lists so this ever most likely never occurred for him.

I'm just trying out setting the header definitions to use
${OPENSCENEGRAPH_CONFIG_HEADER} instead of ${HEADER_DIR}/Config, so
far so good.  If everything builds cleanly I'll check this in.
