[osg-submissions] API configurations in a seperate Config include file

Hi Robert,

cd $OSG_ROOT
mkdir build
cd build
ccmake ..

Press 'c' and (after a second or two) error appears

I'll try to delete my build/CMakeCache.txt and see if that makes a 
difference.
