[osg-submissions] API configurations in a seperate Config include file

I just updated my SVN on my Ubuntu running in VirtualBox, and I get an 
error apparently related to this. I am doing an out-of-source build, BTW 
(in OpenSceneGraph/build). It's just a habit, I like to keep my source 
tree clean.

The error I get is:

CMake Error: Cannot find source file 
"/home/guayj/local_apps/src/OpenSceneGraph/include/osg/Config"
  for target "osg"

  Tried extensions .c .C .c++ .cc .cpp .cxx .m .M .mm .h .hh .h++ .hm 
.hpp .hxx .in .txx

Missing file on commit? Incidentally, I'm currently compiling just fine 
on Windows... Weird...
