[osg-submissions] Parallel Split Shadow Map

Hi Robert,

so after a raining weekend in switzerland i got the bug in the pssm :-) it
was a numerical instability in the cross product. second problem was another
topic on GLSL shader texture selection. no it's done :-) i hope this version

would be the last SVN update we need :-)

Others please check out and test :-)
