[osg-submissions] add multiple-animation-path output capability to ViewerEventHandlers.cpp

this submission extends the osgViewer::RecordCameraPathHandler to have  
an optionally-enabled auto-incrementing filename. default behavior is  
still the same, but there's one new method to enable autoincrementing  
filenames.
