[osg-submissions] DatabasePager : User can easy modify database threading behave....

Hi Robert,
In the latest implementation of osgDB::DatabasePager we are no longer able
to modify the behaviour of the pager. The pager controls inside all
threading behaviour, we can not append own pager thread, my a protoype like
abstraction would support more user flexibilites.
