[osg-submissions] Fix fox the loading of the "databasePath" property of PagedLOD in the osg plugin

Hi Robert,

In the last svn version of OpenSceneGraph, I could not read the 
"databasePath" property of my PagedLOD in osg files.
So, I send to you a patch that fix this bug.
