[osg-submissions] Off-by-one error in osgUtil/RenderBin.cpp?

Thanks Andrew, I've tweak the FAQ entries so that it references
GraphicsWindowEmbedded now. I haven't tested the changes with an
implementation, fingers cross they'll be correct.
