Sorry about this, the OSG data is used by others, including linux
distributions that are very strict about licensing/copyright etc.

Perhaps the community can provide some usueful data to help avoid the
need for you to come up with art work.

W.r.t the other changes and data, they are all now merged.  The fonts
I've placed in OpenSceneGraph-Data and have updated the files to work
with this so everything looks to hanging together w.r.t finding files.
