[osg-submissions] Fix OcclusionQueryNode copy constructor

Hi Robert -- I hope you're enjoying your holiday.
 
Attached is a modification to OcclusionQueryNode. The copy constructor was
failing to initialize all member variables. This change resolves the issue.
Thanks to Doug McCorkle for testing and finding the bug.
