[osg-submissions] Script to generate the Visual Studio syntax highlighting files automatically.

Hi,

although I discovered the Extensionless option in Visual Studio 2005, I am not
able to spot it in VS .NET or VS .NET 2003. As far as i can see, in both, there
is no way to select editor for each file extension, and I can't map
extensionless files to any language.
