Here it is. (the filename is just a suggestion, change it to just Readme.txt if
you want)

It's a good idea, but I just wonder about the implementation. I wonder how we
could extract raw HTML pages from the wiki without needing the whole wiki
framework (and web server) behind it. Maybe some tool exists that can make a
"printable version" of the whole wiki?
