[osg-submissions] osg documentation

Hi Robert,

Here is a modified doc/Doxyfiles/doxyfile.cmake.
According to last friday posts on osg-users, it enable both the
generation of a tag file (in the html directory) and the search
engine.
I've tested this modification by generating the documentation locally
(make DoxygenDoc in osg root directory) from osg svn release 7819 and
every thing seems ok. Although to be abble to generate the
documentation locally I had to add a
OPTION(BUILD_DOCUMENTATION "Build osg documentation" OFF)
line in the main CMakeList.txt (I don't understand how youdo  generate
the documentation without that...).
