[osg-submissions] Fix for nontextured ShadowMap geometry

Hi Robert -- as you and J-S and I have been discussing on osg-users, this
submission changes the clamp mode for the fake white texture applied to
non-textured geometry. CLAMP_TO_EDGE will keep the geometry a consistent
color across the entire texture coordinate range.
