[osg-submissions] osgPlugin NET bug fix

Hi Carlo,

I'm currently reviewing your changes and since there are quite a few
changes to an already complicated section of code I'd like a bit more
clarification about what the problem is, and ideal see the problem
first hand.  Do you have a database online that I could browse that
reproduces the problem?
