[osg-submissions] Fox for occlusion query example

Hi Robert -- Here's a fix for the occlusion query example. If you were to
run the program with some large model (instead of the stock scene), the node
visitor would assign incorrect state to the occlusion query geometry,
causing it to look like crap.
 
Attached are the OcclusionQuery Node src and headers, plus the
osgocclusionquery.cpp example program.
