[osg-submissions] osgPlugin NET bug fix

Hi Robert,
in attach you can find a bug fix for the NET plugin.
This bug fix will correct a problem during the iterative call of net plugin.

(eg. loading osg file through web that need texture or ttf fonts).
I have also written the option handling because Hostname parameter is no
longer needed.
