For the shaders: are you going to make a separate directory? Otherwise I
must maybe prepend a 'name_' in front of them? (Just so it's clear they
belong to the same example?)
Ito the data license, see here:

We can follow their instructions for 'teddy', I'm unsure about tsukuba
(almost any paper in stereo vision includes it, but I couldn't find a
license). I'll leave the decision up to you. I'm happy with a pointer to
the data as well.
