[osg-submissions] X11WindowingSystemInterface sets X11 error handler

Hi Andy,
Colin's changes to GraphicsWindowX11's handling of the X11 error handler
change it so that the OSG code only implements an error handling if a custom
one hasn't already been assigned. This helps the osgViewer library play
nicer with apps/other libs that set their own error handler.
