[osg-submissions] unable to compile vpb/Source.cpp in Win32 w GDAL 1.2.6.0

Hi,
I wasn't able to compile vpb/Source.cpp without including cpl_string.h
on windows. A bit strange unless i'm using the wrong version of GDAL
(which I might). In that case - sorry for bothering. What version of
GDAL are you (lucky) linux people using?
