Hi  Christophe,

I was execting you to repost your message on osg-users, but haven't
spotted it go by so I'd suggest you go do this.

As for why cull might be so high, I don't know, I've never seen more
than a couple of milliseconds on cull for paged databases before, even
ones much larger than the blue marble data.
