[osg-submissions] solaris build failure

Hi Andy,

I'll second that sigh... its always the way of things though... as
soon as you get something out the door something is spotted.

What we can do is make a 2.2.1 quite soon to scoop up issues like
this.  It'll be worth taking a few weeks to see how many other items
like this come up with further testing.
