[osg-submissions] solaris build failure

I know, I should have run through all my platforms just before 2.2.  I
was trying to keep up and working on the things I already knew about.

Anyway, I had a couple of failures in the solaris build, with the same
kind of namespace issue we had before.

Attached are two files I changed.

src/osgPlugins/hdr/hdrwriter.cpp
src/osgViewer/ViewerBase.cpp
