[osg-submissions] Small Fix to allow URI files to load in DAE/Collada loader

Hi Robert
 
Please find a simple fix to the DAE loader that allows Collada files using
URI Paths to load  such as "/////SomeMachine//somedir//somefile.dae" 
 
Note this only allows the use of URI's it does not convert UNC paths such as
"\\\\SomeMachine\\somedir\\somefile.dae" to URI, not enough free cycles
to do that at moment
 
 
Also fixes a couple of mis-spellings in the file
