[osg-submissions] openFlight readTexture

Hi Robert, hi Brede,

 

I have made a small change in PaletteRecords.cpp.

 

Missing textures did not involve the osgDB::Registry::ReadFileCallback,
so the application had no chance to react.

 

I have fixed this, hopefully without side effects.
