[osg-submissions] Bug: Drawable copy constructor doesn't copy BoundingBoxCallback

Is there a reason why the BoundingBoxCallback shouldn't be copied
across? If not, attached is Drawable.cpp to fix this bug (modified from
2.1.1 source).
