[osg-submissions] shared points (between OSG and the application using OSG)

Hi Mike,
How did you pack your sharedarray.gz? I gunzipped it but it just
unzipped to just a single flat ascii file with all the changes in one
file. As it stands the submission isn't too useful, could you repost.
