[osg-submissions] Small Fix to allow URI files to load inDAE/Collada loader

Hi Gordon,

Is this submission still required given the later revamp of the
Collada plugin?  I haven't merged either Collada submission yet so
would like to raise a flag on making sure that what we finally get
integrated is good alround.
