[osg-submissions] line numbering for shader programs

Hi Ralf,

I have just reviewed you shader line number addition and haven't
decided to not merge on this occasion as I feel the implementation is
just too inefficient and will unduely slow compilation of all shaders
just for the occasion when when want to do debugging of shaders.
