[osg-submissions] Plugin DLL versioned -wrapper

Hi Robert, thanks, osgTerrain seem compiling on both Vs71. and VS8 and  
dll naming seems ok
I still have errors on osgTerrain Wrapper
unresolved external symbol "public: __thiscall 
osgTerrain::TileID::TileID(void)
possibly not regenerated wrappers?
I confirm also that gdal plugin is building a .lib... do not know where 
to put.
It seems that wrapper get installed inside bin, are they meant to be 
there or insid osgPlugins<version< alongside  other plugins?
Do they undergo the same searching scheme as plugins?
