[osg-submissions] Plugin DLL versioned

The build just finished, and I saw that it's just on the wrappers that  
I get this linker error. I imagine you still have a bit of work to do  
for the wrappers, as you said before? I'll just disable compiling them  
for now.

Good luck, tell me when I can test them again.
