[osg-submissions] Plugin DLL versioned

Hi Robert, I' m working on osgWrapper CMakeLists that need some patching 
as well... I got some errors though, on osgTerrain and I ' m really 
unsure weater they have something to
do with my build layout or not.
Can you confirm that there are no build errors on osgTerrain?
