[osg-submissions] Inventor CMake-files

Hi,

I am attaching makefiles that automatically detects Coin (based on 
COINDIR env - the prefered way of detecting Coin on Win32). It works 
perfectly. However, I am not CMake expert and the plugin is always 
linked against coin2d.lib (debug) instead of using coin2.lib in release. 
If someone just points me to the right CMake-functions to specify 
different libs for debug/release, I would fix that.

Note: COIN_DLL define is required for Coin to compile as DLL.
