This changes should not do any harm to people who use INSTALL, they 
change build path though, so if someone is relying on actual build path, 
will be affected.
This patch allow to run examples and applications after build step by 
adding lib\<Debug - Release> to PATH without installing.
Your prospected build layout requires more effort and  I' m not yet 
ready to provide a solution for achieving what you want, and, anyway 
will be more line of code.
